A bit of history
Plug-In Engineering was founded with a vision to provide specialized mechanical design and engineering services that bridge the gap between concept and reality. Based in Winchester, Virginia, we leverage over 15 years of international engineering experience to deliver practical, implementable solutions for manufacturing, HVAC, and building automation challenges.
My journey began in Mexico with hands-on experience in machine shops, designing parts for machining centers and developing my foundation in product engineering. This early experience taught me the critical importance of designing with manufacturing in mind—a philosophy that remains at the core of Plug-In Engineering's approach today.
My career evolved through positions at major engineering conglomerates in both North America and Europe, where I specialized in product development, system optimization, and the adaptation of designs across international markets. This diverse background provided invaluable insights into different engineering methodologies and manufacturing environments, allowing me to bring a uniquely global perspective to local engineering challenges.
